Scientific staff of Imam Bukhari, Imam Termizi and Imam Moturidi international research centers visited the Department of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Turkey located in Ankara as part of the training courses being implemented in the Republic of Turkey. And they communicated with Dr. Kholis Aydemir, professor of the Supreme Council of Religious Affairs, Uzayr Bozkurt, Yunus Akkaya, and Yunus Yuksek, head of the department of foreign languages and dialects.
During the dialogue, strengthening scientific and educational cooperation between the countries was recognized. And the joint projects implemented by the centers and higher education institutions of Turkey in the fields of publication, organization of education and training, and religious enlightenment were mentioned separately.
It was noted that the official visits of the two heads of state to the countries, the participation of the President in the opening ceremony of the National Library of Turkey and the trips of the representatives of the administration to the international research centers in our country.
Currently, the department is publishing scientific and educational literature in 47 languages, including Uzbek. Prospects for the development of cooperation in this direction were discussed during the dialogue. The researchers also met with Ramzi Birjan, head of Hajj and Umrah services department of this department. The guests were given information about Haj pilgrimage services in Turkey.
During the dialogue, opinions were exchanged between the countries about the possibilities of organizing pilgrimage trips of citizens. During the visit, the representatives of our country got acquainted with the activities of the department of preservation and restoration of manuscripts under the department. The researchers shared their experiences working with manuscripts. Prospects for strengthening cooperation in this direction of activity were studied using the opportunities of the fund established in the department.
