A delegation consisting of the head of the Turkish Society of Historians, Professor Yüksel Özgen, and the head of the Higher Management of Culture, Language, and History named after Atatürk at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Turkish Republic, Deri Erz, visited the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center.
The guests were accompanied by the director of the center, Shovosil Ziyodov, and learned about the museum’s activities. They showed great interest in the exhibits and handwritten copies dedicated to the life, scientific and spiritual heritage, and frescoes of Imam Bukhari.
The members of the delegation recognized the favorable conditions created for effective scientific activity at the center as an example of high attention to the sphere of science and education in our country and expressed their desire to establish a strong cooperation in the future.
During the dialogue an agreement was reached to hold negotiations soon on the signing of a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding.
