Professional development courses have begun at the Institute of Islamic Thought in Ankara, Türkiye, as part of the “Fourth Māwarāʾ al-Nahr Summer Seminar.”
This year, Qodirkhon Mahmudov, a researcher at the Imam Bukhari International Research Center, is actively participating in the seminar. The academic training program is attended by young researchers, students, and scholars from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tatarstan, Senegal, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, and Azerbaijan.
During the classes conducted in Arabic and Turkish by the institute’s professors, participants are provided with detailed information on subjects such as Usul al-Fiqh, Usul al-Hadith, logic, Islamic philosophy, and the scientific achievements of scholars who emerged from the region of Māwarāʾ al-Nahr.
As part of the training program, academic visits to prestigious universities and sacred sites in Türkiye are also planned for the participants.
The course will last for one month.
